FIRST VISIT POLICY Due to many new bookings not showing up for appointments a new clinic policy has been introduced. When you book for the first time you will be asked to provide a credit card number. You will not be charged until after your first visit has ended, but you will be charged the FULL APPOINTMENT FEE amount if you do not show up to your appointment. The appointment you book is set aside solely for you. If you do not show up, it leaves an gap in the schedule that others who are waiting to get in could have used. If you need to cancel, please contact the clinic within 24 hours of your appointment time so wait list clients can have the opportunity to get in.

If, after booking your appointment online for the first time, you do not get a confirmation email. Please check that you have entered your email correctly.

IT IS CLINIC POLICY THAT YOU REBOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT IF: 1. You are experiencing cold or flu symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, cough, fever or new onset of tiredness or feeling unwell)

PARKING: There is a $2.75 plus HST exit fee from the parking lot.
